Our returns policy is fair and straightforward: should you have a product quality concern, talk to us and we will find a solution or discuss the eligibility of a refund if we are unable to offer a replacement. We take our responsibility in quality assurance and customer service equally serious.
Customers must inspect deliveries upon receipt and notify us of any claims as soon as possible, but latest within 7 days after invoice date, after which a 20 percent restocking fee may be applicable. For custom made orders there is a 30-day period after invoicing to file a warranty claim.
We are happy to exchange purchased items against other Kidigital products or store credit. As we keep track of our customers’ purchases, it is not necessary to provide proof of purchase. If you request an exchange for an incorrectly placed standard item order, we will only charge you for the difference in order amount and renewed shipping.
